Pork Tenderloin & Cannellini Bean Soup
Tender chunks of slow roasted pork tenderloin simmered in a hearty stock with onions, celery, carrots, tomatoes, herbs and spices to create a rich broth with cannellini beans. Served with 2 warm rolls.
Crawfish Etouffee
Nothing says southern comfort food like a stick-to-your-ribs bowl of authentic Cajun Crawfish Etouffee. Chef Dave makes this traditional creole dish with his own blend of Cajun spices, tender crawfish tails simmered low and slow with peppers, onions, celery, and plenty of butter to create a rich, roux-thickened sauce that coats each grain of rice perfectly. After one bite of this country classic, you’ll understand why Louisianans consider etouffee a birthright.
BRUNCH SPECIALS
Irish Benedict
Grilled dark rye bread topped with grilled corned beef brisket, shredded Swiss cheese, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Sprinkled with scallions and served with oven roasted breakfast potatoes.

Monte Cristo
A sweet and savory sandwich made with fluffy, thick brioche bread, layered with shaved smoked ham and smoked turkey, Swiss cheese, and a Dijon mustard spread. Dipped in our house made French toast batter and grilled to perfection. Served with a blackberry dipping sauce and oven roasted breakfast potatoes.
