BISTRO SPECIALSÂ
New England Clam Chowder
The chefs own personal version of a traditional New England style clam chowder. A rich cream-based chowder with chunks of clams, potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions. Flavored with just the right touch of herbs and spices to give it that down home feel. Served with two warm rolls.
Salami & Pepper Pizza
A crispy Italian pinsa crust topped with our housemade red sauce, mozzarella cheese, ribbons of salami, a mixed bell pepper confetti, pepperoncini and a sprinkling of gorgonzola cheese. Baked to perfection, sliced and topped with diced tomatoes and a chiffonade of fresh basil.
BRUNCH SPECIALS
Parisian Benedict
A light and flaky croissant topped with grilled shaved ham, sauteed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, two poached eggs and our housemade hollandaise sauce. Sprinkled with scallions and served with tri colored oven roasted breakfast potatoes.
Banana Nut Crunch Pacakes
The Chefs own traditional sweet cakes filled with sliced bananas, crushed walnuts and granola. Cooked to perfection and topped with sliced bananas and a peanut butter whip cream. Served with two strips of hickory smoked bacon. Maple syrup available upon request.
