2023 Demi-Sec Viognier

Smelling faintly of peaches and nectarine, this unique wine has a round body that is complemented by the sweetness left over when we stopped fermentation. Without fortifying the wine, it has a very low alcohol by volume of right around 5% making it easy to drink and enjoy, especially on those long hot summer days when served chilled. Layers of peach, honeysuckle and honeydew shape this lovely sweet wine.

An easy drinking, low alcohol wine, it is best enjoyed ice cold on a hot day.
