Our base price for buffet service starts at $45 per person for one entree, and $50 per person for two entrees.Â

Plated Service
$5/person
Service staff will serve plated meals to seated guests. This service is limited to events with 100 or fewer guests.
Cake-Cutting Service
$75
A venue staff member will cut your cake, place slices on plates and place on a designated table for guests to self-serve. We will provide a cake knife. Cake will be cut and plated in catering area (out of sight of guests).
White dessert plates and forks are included.
Table Linens & Napkins
Ask for linen and napkin options.
Sparkling Wine Toast Service
$3 per glass
We will provide sparkling wine and pre-fill stemless glass flutes. Flutes will be placed on a designated table for guests to self-serve.
Sparkling Wine Corkage
$10 per bottle
If you wish to provide your own sparkling wine to be served at the bar, staff will open and serve the sparkling wine along with the other available ACV wines. The sparkling wine will be served in stemless glass flutes. If you purchase Aurora Colony Vineyards’ sparkling wine, the corkage fee is waived. The corkage fee is required even if a third-party bartending service is hired.
Details
Tasting Fee
We charge $25/person for private catering menu tastings, and allow up to 6 people at each tasting.
Tastings can include samples of up to 3 entrees, 3 accompaniments and 3 appetizers.
The tasting fee(s) will be deducted from the final catering bill if catering is contracted with us.
Special Dietary Requests
If you have dietary concerns or requests, please contact us for a consultation. Our chef can customize a menu to fit your needs. This option may include a price increase for those specially-made items.
Service Charge/Gratuity
To help maintain great kitchen and service staff, a 22% service charge will be added to the final catering bill. The service charge allows us to distribute gratuities more equitably to our entire team (from servers to back-of-house) who work to make your event a success. Day-of tips for staff are always welcome as well.
Contract Details
CONTRACT OF SERVICES
To secure catering your event, a non-refundable 25% deposit on the catering proposal is required.
Final payment is due 5 days before the event date.Â
We require that all of our clients agree to these terms and a contract of services will signed by the client.
A Banquet Event Order (BEO) will be signed by the client
10 days prior to event to ensure that all details and costs are correct and understood by caterer and client.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
In order to meet food-ordering deadlines, final guest count and all changes to menu items or services must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to event.
No additional catering charges are applied if cancellations to food items or events are made at least 14 business days prior to the day of the event. Initial 25% deposit is non-refundable.
If event is cancelled between 5 and 13 business days prior to the date, client will be charged 50% of their contract fee.
No refunds will be made if cancellations are made fewer than 5 business days prior to the event.
Cancellations must be received in writing.

REMAINING FOOD
Leftover food will be handled in accordance with Oregon State Health Department Standards. Any perishable food left un-refrigerated for more than 3 hours will be disposed of to ensure the safety of our customers.
We will pack up any leftover food, and client may take with them at the end of event.
